I believe I have followed all the instructions that comes with the documentation but I am unable to connect to mailbox data store that I created on Exchange server.
When I type my Exchange server name and Mailbox name and I press Check Name it says that "The setup application could not find a mailbox that is named mmexch". That user connects to other mailboxes to monitor whether they are getting new messages. Sign in. If this does not occur, the problem is almost always related to the required ActiveX control not loading correctly due to Internet Explorer settings. For subsequent activations, I would recommend creating the BES users as we did previously, and then performing an OTA enterprise activation.
